Return & Exchange Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Note: All printed items are excluded from exchange once you have ordered your customized design. After that, we are no longer responsible for the return of your items.

Timeframe:

You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment method.
We will exchange the product or return the payment only if our product has not been altered, cut, glued or taped, Washed and our product has not been tampered with in any way.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but exchanges are subject to availability. We will exchange the product or return the payment only if our product has not been altered, cut, glued or taped, Washed and our product has not been tampered with in any way.

Note:All printed items are non-Exchangeable once you order your customized design; after that, we will not be responsible for returing your items.

Shipping Costs:

The shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

Some items are non-returnable, All printed items are non-refundable once you order your customized design; after that, we will not be responsible for returing your items.
