Policy for Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please do so before it ships.Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

Refund Guidelines

1.If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at support@wooshanta.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.

2.Shipping and COD charges are non refundable

3.Raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment through email or support contact number.

4.If you receive a damaged/incorrect/incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at support@wooshanta.com with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect/item. We will either ship a replacement for the item or provide a refund for the product, once the pickup is done.

5.If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.it is not for printed or customize products.

6.If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.it is not for printed or customize products.

7.Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team

8.For COD orders, the refund link will be sent to registered email and contact number. Incase of non redemption of the link, you can contact our customer service within 3 months for a new link.
